Account & registration

Do I need an account to participate in an event?

Yes, once you've registered, you can easily sign up for all events with just one click. It's that simple!

Can I register multiple people for an event with one account?

Absolutely! No hassle with multiple accounts. You can easily register your family, friends, or others with one account.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

It depends on the event. Contact the organizer for more information. They will assess what can be done. 

I lost my account, what should I do?

If you remember your email address, simply click 'forgot password' for a new one. If you don't remember you email address, contact us via info@star-tracking.be and mention your account name. We'll loop up to your email address for you.

I can't manage to log in?

Click 'forgot password' and set a new password with your chosen email address. If it still doesn't work, leave us a message at info@star-tracking.be

I want an invoice of my registration, who can I contact?

For an invoice, contact the event organizer. They can provide it if needed.

Can I organize my own event?

Absolutely! For more information, visit organizer.star-tracking.be. You can request a quote at organizer.star-tracking.be/offerte. 

How does your system work at an event?

We use various systems to measure your time to the millisecond. Results are sent directly to our website in real-time, allowing you to find them online immediately after the competition. For supporters: follow the times live on our website to provide even more support to your athlete!

Questions before the event

I did not get an email with my ticket.

No worries! You can easily find and download your ticket through your account. Don't forget to bring your ticket (digital or printed) to the event as confirmation of your registration.

Can I modify my tickets (distance, details...)?

Certainly! Email the changes you want to make to info@star-tracking.be, specifying the relevant event.

Where and when will I get my start number?

All details about you start number can be found on the event page.

Questions after the event

Should I return my start number/ankle strap?

No, feel free to keep them as a souvenir. Unless otherwise specified, of course!

My time/information is not correct. What should I do?

Send your question to info@star-tracking.be, and we'll make sure everything is accurate!

Ran the wrong number, ran a different distance, what should I do?

Email the changes to info@star-tracking.be for the participated event. This way, we can correctly adjust your results.

I can't find my time, what should I do?

Email your question to info@star-tracking.be, and include your own results according to the data you have. We'll investigate the issue and resolve it
